April Spin® Profiles Kit with Danielle Foster

logo

This month we are pleased to offer you a new take on Spin® Profiles! You may be accustomed to a downloadable PDF bundle of four profiles – yet now and for the same price of $29.95 – you will gain access to a Spin® Profiles Kit with four class profiles, each with detailed cueing tips and playlists, as well as an inspirational message from the creator. We are excited about this offering, and look forward to your feedback in the short evaluation at the kit's conclusion!

So, which incredible Spinning® Master Instructor created this month's Spin® Profiles Kit?!This month features the work of Danielle Foster out of Ohio with four profiles including one that features a friendly team competition! We know you're going to love these profiles...

Zone Creep is a long interval ride, which can throw the kitchen sink at the rider. From aerobic, comfortable flats to steadily hard climbs, challenging speed work, high pulse rates with legs that won't shut up…to uncomfortable, not quite max capacity surges. Get ready, this ride has it all.

In Speedy Strength Hill Repeats, you'll work on climbing a little farther, a little faster. There are strength-based intervals below- and above-threshold, involving overspeed.

Aerobic Ceiling/Aerobic Floor Minutes Workout is an all-aerobic effort exploring one's aerobic range from just above the warmup to just below threshold.

In 90-Second Team Pulls, the instructor divides the riders into two teams, and each team will ride their 90 second 'best' or Peak Power Value. Game on!

In the audio memo, you'll also get a glimpse of what Danielle (and her profiles) are all about. She shares: "We've got a range of profiles this April! That said, you must teach what you know. So, if there's something in these profiles you don't understand — dig in! Learn, look it up, throw me an email." (BTW – her email is included in the profile kit!) How cool is that?! You don't want to miss this one.

How to access:
